Keep three sets

Two sets in the cage, one set out of sight. Swap weekly. A toy absent for a fortnight comes back as a new toy.

Mix the types

One shredding item, one chewing item and one foot toy covers the main behaviours.

Watch what gets used

If one toy is untouched for three rotations, it is not for this bird. Pass it on rather than persisting.
